I'm a graduate of Watervliet High School & Hudson Valley Community College and a retired Watervliet Police Officer.

Chris helped me and my husband find our home - and that was no easy task! We each had different ideas about what was important to us in buying a home, and Chris made terrific suggestions and sent us listings for houses that fit the criteria we gave him. His patience with us was a blessing, and he made so many appointments for us to see houses, always around our schedules. He was very accessible for questions, scheduling, and recommendations for next steps. When we finally found the home that both of us agreed on, he made the transaction run as smoothly as possible - everything from discussions with the selling agent to recommending things to speak to our lawyer about and even "what does this mean?" questions that we came up with while sorting through paperwork.
