Fall 2014 is officially here. Although, you might not have guessed it this past weekend with temperatures in the low to mid 80’s. However, if you take one look up you will see all the trees turning beautiful colors. Fall is one of the most beautiful times of year in the Capital Region.  If you head north about an house you will find a spectacular display of color and incredible scenery in the Adirondacks. Peak color in most of the Adirondack Park occurs during the last week or two in September. The low lands to the north, south, east and west of the peaks generally have their best color during the first two weeks of October.

September and October also happen to be when all of the fall festivities take place.  Here are a few ideas you may want to try out!

To all of us, at CM Fox Real Estate, Autumn also brings along another rush of business. Summer fun is over and a cold, long winter is just ahead. For many people, that means it’s time to buy or sell their house. In September along, we have had 11 closings We also have 21 sales pending and over the past 29 days have had about 15 new listings. Our office is rushing with people who are looking to list their homes and people who are in search of their next homes. Sometimes we just get people calling with questions. Questions about the market and/or specific communities, questions regarding financing and insurance, etc. etc. We’re proud to be able to answer all of your questions and to be able to direct you to professionals who can meet your specific needs. We believe it is part of our job to support our clients in whatever their real estate endeavors may be.

While you’re here– take a look around our NEW website. Do you like what you see? What did you like best? Where do we need to improve? Please, leave your comments below. We want to make sure we are providing the best customer service possible. Your feedback helps us do that.
